Court Scouter does not own, operate, control, manage, supervise, or represent any venue, court, club, council facility, booking provider, session host, player, or third-party service.

Court Scouter provides information for convenience and discovery purposes only. We do not guarantee that any information displayed is complete, accurate, current, available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a specific purpose.

3. Court availability and bookings

Court availability shown on Court Scouter is indicative only. Court Scouter does not sell, reserve, hold, confirm, cancel, manage, or guarantee any booking. A booking is only made when confirmed directly by the relevant venue or third-party booking provider.

4. Sessions and player matching

Users are responsible for deciding whether to create, join, attend, cancel, or participate in a session. Court Scouter does not organise, host, supervise, verify, guarantee, or control user sessions or player interactions.
